We would like to share with you Grober Nutrition’s efforts to ensure the safety of our customers and staff, and the measures we have in place to provide our products and services during this time.

Social Distancing Methods
In an effort to reduce the spread of COVID-19 we have limited guest visits of our facility to Operational Necessity only; this includes inbound drivers, maintenance, and sanitation crews. In addition, guests are now required to complete a questionnaire indicating previous travels and possible exposure to COVID-19. Increased sanitation of all high traffic areas within our facility are done daily and staff have been more diligent in their handwashing and daily workstation sanitation. We have also reduced in-house staff by allowing Work From Home (WFH) from many of our departments. This is not to say our services have been reduced as those in WFH are accessible via a number of electronic methods. Lastly, all employees who have recently travelled outside Canada have been in 14 day self-isolation.

Product Availability
Grober has continuously been monitoring the breaking developments on the COVID-19, and hypothesizing possible scenarios around supply, labor, accessibility. We have anticipated supply shortages and are diligent in acquiring sufficient volumes of ingredients to anticipate supply disruptions. At this time, we are confident in continuing to supply our products. Our Production department is operating at the same labor hours and volume.

Orders
Understandably on-farm priorities have been disrupted, which is to be expected. To prevent any last minute orders or potential shortages on-farm we would ask that a reminder be communicated to your producers for their milk replacer and colostrum requirements. Our order process is unchanged. Orders need to be placed with us by noon on Fridays. Pick-up and Delivery continue to be available, as per usual. Sales Support
Although we continue to be advised that the risk of spread of COVID-19 remains low, in the interest of health and safety we have implemented a zero travel protocol for all of our employees, and are recommending that meetings be conducted electronically where possible. Our Young Animal Specialists are available by phone, email, Facetime, Skype, and Zoom webinar.

Grober is well-positioned to continue their production and supply at this time, we will be vigilant in managing the health and safety of our facility and processes in preventative measures to ensure the health of our employees and customers.
